The National University–Sudan (NUSU) was honored to host a prestigious ceremony to bid farewell to its founding President, Professor Qurashi Mohammed Ali, and to warmly welcome Professor Ahmed Hassan Fahal as the new President.

Known for his groundbreaking work in tropical medicine and his esteemed leadership at the Mycetoma Research Center, Professor Fahal’s appointment signals a strategic move toward enhanced research output and expanded international collaboration.
