ABOUT LIBRARY
Opening Hours
National University library opens Saturday to Thursday from 7:30 Am to 4:00 Pm. Fridays and official holidays the library remains closed.
Discussion Rooms
Currently there are two rooms which can be booked for the students’ group discussion, namely Year 2 Medical Students Class Room, and Year 3 Medical Students Class Room. The Two rooms are free for booking between 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM respectively.

Holdings
The library holds diversified collection that covers the needs of research and teaching purposes of the University. The subject coverage includes Medical Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, and International Relations.
Library Services
The library renders a wide range of services to satisfy user’s needs. The services include user’s guidance, reference works, borrowing and photocopying.
The Electronic Library
Electronic Resources including thousands of scholarly e-journals, e-books, and electronic databases, covering multidisciplinary subjects ranging from medical sciences to engineering and computer sciences.
On-line Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) this provides Searching and browsing the library holdings from within the Campus or remotely. OPAC has 3 main access points available for searching, namely, Author, Title and Subject.
The National University Digital Repository contains different formats of materials such as staff research papers, periodical articles, conference papers, postgraduate theses, dissertations, and e-books. Periodical articles, conference papers and e-books are subject to copyright.
